I really think this world isn't getting enough sleep in order to repair ourselves. I mean, here's a good example. Using today as an example, sunset is supposed to be at 8:06 this evening where I'm at and sunrise the next morning predicted to be at 6:53. This means 10 hours and 47 minutes of darkness. Now, in nature, all we'd have is a faint moonlight to light us in the dark and even then if it's not cloudy, and we humans cannot see in the dark. So, what does this mean? That as soon as it even started getting dark, naturally speaking we'd all be looking for a place to hide and rest. Sure, if we had a mate we could kill an hour or two doing the dance with no pants in the dark, but even then we'd still have over 8 hours of darkness to sleep in.
So, what does this mean, in my opinion? Us humans, as a whole, are just not doing things like nature intended.
Heal your bodies. Sleep more.
