Not Wasting My Time

A simple note.  If a woman lives close (Within an hour and a half) and we talk for a little while and are getting along well and I ask her to hang out and she either puts me off for weeks in advance, constantly makes excuses, or does make plans but then cancels on me for ANY reason, then she is either way too busy to even have friends, is making excuses because she's apparently not interested in me, is a socially awkward freak who is afraid of meeting someone new, or is just a bitch who likes to string people along.  Whatever the case, I will talk a little with someone, and if she lives close and we seem to get along well....if she doesn't want to meet me within a week from the time that I ask, she's history.  I won't waste any more time on people who do that to me.  If a person is too busy or too awkward to make a new friend, then we're not going to be on the same page.   Period.
